Initially beginning his career as a practising lawyer in London, Alex gained experience working in top law firms in the UK and Australia, as well as an in-house legal counsel in the finance sector. For the last decade, Alex has applied his skills and insights into legal recruitment and helped develop Beacon Legal’s reputation as a leading and trusted legal recruitment brand.
Alex’s main specialism is relocating lawyers overseas, primarily to London. He has extensive knowledge of the London legal market and is able to leverage long standing recruitment relationships with the world’s leading law firms. Alex also coaches candidates and provides insights into hours targets and expectations, a firm’s culture and reputation as well as salary bandings and bonuses.
