Position Description
  
Owing to considerable growth within the Group, this premier law firm is now looking for additional corporate lawyers at the junior/mid level.
  
On offer is the opportunity to be immersed in a broad range of corporate transactional and advisory matters, including:
  

  • M&A and related DD
  • IPOs, placements and rights issues for companies and managed funds
  • complex PE transactions
  • capital management strategies, including buy-backs and capital reductions, and 
  • complex ECM activities.

Requirements
  
You will have between 2 and 5 years’ post-admission experience gained from a notable practice in Australia (or suitable other English-speaking jurisdiction).

  • a developing commercial awareness, and 
  • a strong academic background.
