Environment & Planning Team
   
The E&P team of this award-winning firm regularly acts for developer clients on the full spectrum of E&P matters across a range of sectors. 
   
The team regularly advise on major projects, pollution and renewable energy matters, applications for subdivision, development and licensing processes and proceedings heard in all relevant courts and tribunals.
   
Key clients of the firm include major corporates and listed development entities. 
   
Position Description
   
The Melbourne office of this excellent firm is now looking to recruit a lawyer into their practice. 

The successful candidate’s day-to-day involvement will see them advising on:

– the viability of projects
– the preparation of planning and development applications
– tribunal, panel and court hearings
– planning and environmental approvals, and
– dealing with issues that arise in the process of developing and using land.

Requirements
   
The successful candidate will have between 2 and 5 years’ post-admission experience gained from a reputable practice or in-house environment.
