Project Finance Team
Our client’s Project Finance team comes ranked in all major directories, both in Australia and worldwide, and their Melbourne office has been continuously nominated for awards in regards to their quality work on complex cross border finance matters.
The team covers the full gamut of financial products acting for sponsors and financiers on major infrastructure and energy projects, including PPP transactions, independent power projects, secondary market infrastructure transactions, privatisations and energy trading.
On offer is an opportunity to work with a pre-eminent global law firm with a team of stellar partners. The role has opened up due to the continued growth of the practice and the presence of a healthy pipeline of work.
This role will see you working on the full ambit of transactional work in Project Finance including matters pertaining to infrastructure finance, renewable/sustainable finance, power purchasing and electricity, green credits energy trading contracts, and hydro and solar projects.
Additionally, the position offers a highly competitive salary and opportunities for career progression and international secondments.
Ideally, you will be an Australian qualified lawyer with at least 2 years’ post-admission experience from another reputable finance/project finance practice.
