In simple terms - you tell us what type of lawyer you're looking for, how long you'll need them, and we'll send you a few suitable options within a 72 hour window (sometimes sooner!)
Prices vary according to a range of factors, including candidate seniority and secondment length. We keep our pricing model as competitive as possible, to ensure our clients receive the best value for money on the market.
The BLC model is built for speed and efficiency, while maintaining quality. Our aim is to present relevant, available contractors within 48–72 hours, noting this is subject to candidate availability and the skillset required. For more specialist roles, timelines can be longer. We take a two-pronged approach to sourcing - leveraging contractors already on our books, alongside a targeted go-to-market strategy - supported by dedicated candidate managers focused on building and maintaining a strong pipeline.
