Beacon Legal was formed in 2017 as a small Sydney team with a simple goal: to raise the standard of legal recruitment.
What started with two consultants in a small office has grown into a business with more than 30 team members across Sydney, Brisbane, NYC, London and Dubai.
Our clients are the world’s leading law firms, global organisations and top legal talent.
Our consultants recruit across both private practice and in-house, combining local knowledge with international reach to deliver tailored, high-quality solutions.
