The Opportunity:
This role will see you working closely with an experienced Senior Legal Counsel and Head of Tax. Your role will involve tax and structuring advice, legal and tax due diligence on investments, review and negotiation of contracts and legal documents, and provision of advice on legislative compliance and governance matters. Your stakeholders will include the Executive Team, internal business units and external service providers.
What experience we would like you to have:
– Approximately 2-3 years of legal experience from either in house or reputable private practice
– Experience in tax (essential), corporate/commercial, financial services and relevant regulatory regimes
– Experience working with sophisticated stakeholders
– Strategic thinking and ability to assess organisational needs
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
